Refund policy
Change of Mind (Distance Selling)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.
- Items must be returned unused and in their original condition
- Sealed products must remain sealed
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
- Opened trading card packs, boxes, or sealed products
- Break spots or break-related products
- Items that have been tampered with after delivery
Trading Cards – Important Notice
Due to the nature of trading cards:
- Product contents are random and cannot be guaranteed
- We do not accept returns based on dissatisfaction with card pulls or box contents
- Minor packaging imperfections (e.g. shrink wrap looseness, small dents) that do not affect the integrity of the product are not considered defects
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos and any requested evidence
We will assess and offer a suitable resolution (replacement, refund, or partial refund where appropriate).
Fraud Prevention & Verification
To protect both our customers and our business:
- All orders are recorded during packing via CCTV and/or video recording
- High-value orders may include additional verification steps
- We reserve the right to use this evidence when investigating claims
Claims involving missing items, tampering, or discrepancies will be reviewed carefully.
We reserve the right to refuse claims where evidence indicates fraudulent activity or abuse.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 3–5 working days after approval
